Whether it's our hats or our caps, our products are all crafted to the nearest millimeter. And that makes all the difference.
It’s not for nothing that LXH stands for Length X Height!
Our caps were created after a succession of 8 different molds: we really wanted a cap that suited all heads.
Today it’s done!

No way ! Our founder Lucas is passionate about animals and this goes against his values ​​and those of our team.
At LXH, there is no animal fur for our hats, but synthetic fur woven by hand in France.
Concerning the materials of our caps, there is no suede, replaced by suede, or leather, replaced by imitation leather.
The fleece inside our fleece caps is also synthetic.

Our head coverings are made in Vietnam in a Franco-Vietnamese factory, or in China in a Chinese family workshop.

It is interesting to know that Asia is the continent specialized in head coverings: Asians have the most efficient machines, and this allows us to meet our requirements for quality and attention to detail at LXH.
We travel between 2 and 3 times a year to Vietnam and China to ensure the continuity of the ethics and working conditions that we want in our factories: a warm atmosphere, no employees under the age of 18 , and a European working pace: between 35 and 39 hours per week.

Regarding the Made in France that we originally hoped for for all our products, we have been able to do it for the moment, only for the hat. Indeed, as surprising as it may be, there is simply no factory in France that manufactures caps, and which can combine quality and quantities. Our dream and medium-term objective is to build our own factory, in France, for the production of caps.

This will be a first, and it will be really great!

The LXH cap is unisex: it can correspond to a teenager (on average from 12 years old), a man or a woman. It is suitable for a small head (53 cm), a medium head (56 cm) or a large head (+60 cm).
The size of the cap is adjustable using the metal clip located at the back of the cap.
For children, the size of the LXH' Kids cap corresponds to a child between 2 and 12 years old on average.

The caps in our LXH' Art collection are all unique.
That is to say that we receive our LXH caps in our warehouses, and that they are customized in our workshops in France, in Marseille by artists.
Once the customization is done, it takes approximately 2 hours to dry.
This is why sometimes it takes an extra working day to receive your LXH' Art cap, because they are customized by hand.

These artists are generally young artists, or art school students with whom we collaborate in order to bring a truly unique touch to our products!
This also allows the future generation to work ☺️

At LXH, we are responsive.
All orders placed before 1 p.m. are dispatched the same day Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 1 p.m. are shipped the morning after the order from Monday to Thursday.
Orders placed between Friday after 1 p.m. and Sunday midnight are shipped the following Monday morning.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking number sent to you by email once your package has left our warehouses.

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.

The return is your responsibility. The package must return with everything it contained when you received it.

The products must be clean, with their label, and with their storage bag, including the invoice.
