Refund policy
Returns and exchanges: Returns and exchanges are possible from your LXH customer area within 15 days of receipt of your order.
In order for a refund to be accepted, each return must include :
For caps, berets, bobs, bonnets and visors:
- The product
- The storage pouch supplied
For ready-to-wear garments :
- The product
- Hanger supplied
Given the nature of mystery boxes, returns can only be accepted in the event of a proven defect when the parcel is opened.
